Why The Bloom Program Works

The Bloom Program is built upon cutting-edge neuroscience that redefines how we think about chronic pain and chronic illness.

The new pain science paradigm shift says:

Chronic pain and chronic symptoms are signs of a nervous system stuck in a pattern of ‘unsafety'.

These symptoms are NOT signs of a body beyond physical repair, but rather are signs of a chronically dysregulated nervous system.

So what’s the fix?

In order to overcome symptoms, one must learn to cultivate long-term, sustained nervous system safety.

When the body is no longer stuck in survival mode, it is capable of self-healing via innate physiologic processes including DNA repair, cellular repair, toxin removal, and many mechanisms.

The Bloom Program Methodology:

Over the course of 3-months you’ll learn how to cultivate safety in your nervous system, which in turn will promote chronic symptom healing. Here’s how:

1. Knowledge is Medicine: You’ll learn all about the nervous system science behind chronic symptoms, gain a deep understanding of how chronic symptoms are created, and learn how to stop the symptom cycle through neuroplasticity.

2. Emotional Processing: Learn to safely feel and release stored emotions in your body that are otherwise keeping your nervous system stuck in fight, flight, or freeze. We’ll use and array of somatic practices until we find the ones that feel best for you. This is the KEY missing link in so many chronic symptom healing journeys… not yours.

3. Self-Compassion as Regulation: Shift out of perfectionism, quiet your inner critic, and create an internal environment where your body can feel safe to heal. Learning to honor your needs is potent nervous system medicine and should not be taken lightely.

4. Build Your Nervous System Toolkit: You’ll be introduced to a wide array of nervous system regulation tools — EFT tapping, breathwork, Yin and Restorative Yoga, & more — allowing you to find tools that work for you and support you for a lifetime.

This program is built on the intersection of cutting-edge neuroscience and practical mind-body healing tools including:

  • Neuroplasticity: The brain and nervous system can rewire patterns that create and sustain chronic symptoms.

  • Polyvagal Theory: Understanding your body’s nervous system states allows us to use the right tools at the right time.

  • Epigenetics: Your environment — including your nervous system state — influences which genes your cells express, which impacts how you feel physically.

You’ll learn to work with your body’s natural repair systems instead of against them, creating sustainable changes instead of temporary symptom relief.

What’s Included in The Bloom Program:

1. Weekly 1:1 Sessions (60 minutes)

We’ll meet every week for three months, privately over Zoom, to address your specific symptoms, patterns, and goals.

This is not a cookie-cutter program, it’s a deep dive into your nervous system, your triggers, and your healing path.

2. A Personalized Bloom Program Curriculum

You’ll receive a custom-designed program built for your history, symptoms, and lifestyle.

This may include:

  • Nervous system regulation techniques tailored to your body

  • Somatic emotional processing exercises for unresolved trauma or stressors

  • Lifestyle and habit shifts that honor your needs & support long-term resilience

3. Optional Weekly ‘Homework’ for Continued Progress

These are not ‘busy work’ assignments. Each piece is chosen specifically for your needs and may include:

  • Self-reflection prompts to shift subconscious patterns

  • Guided somatic meditations

  • Targeted nervous system regulation practices

4. Direct Email Access (M–F)

Have a question mid-week? Feel stuck after an exercise? Need extra encouragement during high-symptom weeks?

It’s a high-touch, deeply personalized partnership where we work together weekly for 3 months to address the true drivers of your chronic symptoms and help your nervous system feel safe enough to promote symptom healing.

  • 12 private, 60-minute sessions with me

  • A completely customized Bloom Program curriculum tailored to your health history, symptoms, and goals

  • Personalized weekly ‘homework’ assignments to deepen your progress between sessions (always optional, but powerful in promoting progress)

  • Direct email access to me Monday–Friday for questions, encouragement, and support

  • Ongoing adjustments to your plan as you evolve, because healing is never linear and your needs are likely to evolve over time
